Kyriakos Moutsatsos
Founder | Business Finance Advisor
Kyriakos Moutsatsos has more than ten years of experience in financial analysis and business advisory, specialising in valuations, corporate transactions (M&A) and investment planning.
He worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Alpha Bank, where he was part of the team on mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and capital markets projects. He then focused on business and investment planning, supporting start-ups and making use of development programmes.
He holds an MSc in Applied Economics & Financial Analysis from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a degree in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) of the Corporate Finance Institute.
